Return Policy

Our return policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Please note that you’re purchasing a pre-loved item therefore there will be some signs of wears and imperfection. View photos for further details. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our store.

We DO NOT provide a refund, exchange and or replacement on ALL VINTAGE JEWELLERY, SALE ITEMS, OUTLET ITEMS and or if you change your mind.

However, if an item has a major problem,

  • Send an email to info@nostalgiavintage.com.au with the order number, item(s) to return, and the reason for return. You have 14 days from the delivery date to ship the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Items must be in their original condition. Some items are not eligible for return. See details below.

Important Details:

  • Reshipment Costs: For returns due to buyer error, a reshipment invoice may apply. For sender errors, we cover the reshipment cost.

  • Delivery Issues: Once an order has shipped, we no longer have control over the shipment. All orders include tracking, so any delivery issues should be addressed with the Post Office. Refunds or replacements are only considered if tracking does not begin.

  • Incorrect Info: If your order information is incorrect and leads to a delivery issue, we cannot assume responsibility, and refunds will not be available.

Shipping

  • Customs: Responsibility for any customs fees or costs lies with the buyer. Fees from refused or returned packages will be deducted from the refund amount. If customs contacts you and doesn’t receive a response, your order will be returned to us.
  • Insurance: Most orders are fully/partially insured for added protection.
  • Shipping Time: Standard shipping may take a few weeks for delivery without delays. If you'd like to upgrade to faster shipping, please email us after your purchase.

Restock Info

Designer's Jewellery pieces can be restocked if they haven't been discontinued. Our restocks are driven by demand, as we prioritize hand-made in our small business.

If you’re interested in a specific piece, we’d love to hear from you! Depending on the demand, we might be restocking them for our next drop.

To stay updated, you can sign up for email notifications on the listings you're interested in.

Our vintage jewelry are either vintage or reworked, meaning many items are one-of-a-kind, we cannot guarantee a restock due to the unique nature of our vintage items.

Where to find Order Confirmation/Tracking Number

All order confirmations are automatically sent to the email provided at checkout. if you purchased with Apple Pay, please check the email associated with that account. Once your order has shipped you will receive another automated email which contains the tracking link and our Return Policy. 

Why is my order "Pending"

All orders will show as pending until they are fulfilled. Please allow up to 7 business days for fulfillment. For some designer jewellery it might take 14-20 business days for fulfillment due to the hand-crafted nature.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an automatic email with the tracking number.

Where is my order

All orders come with tracking, this is sent once an order has been fulfilled. Once an order has been shipped, we no longer have control over its delivery process.

At this stage, the responsibility for the package lies with the Postal Service handling shipment. If you encounter any delivery issues or delays with your order, we ask that you reach out directly to the Postal Service as they will have all the necessary tools and resources to assist you in resolving any shipping related concerns.

Returned Packages
: If your tracking link shows that your order is being returned, please allow us some time to receive the package, and reach out to you. There will be a sticker indicating the reason it was returned, we will share this information with you in the email we send.
